Our Contract
When you buy goods on the Internet, you are entering into a legally binding contract. We are a UK based company and we operate under UK law. When you place an order with us online, we will send you an order confirmation by email, which represents the details of your transaction and if you have paid by credit card, the payment you have made to us. When your goods have been dispatched to you, we will send you another email confirming that they are on their way. Goods will be accompanied by a packing slip, detailing how to return the items should you wish to cancel your order or if the items are found to be defective.
Cancellations and Returns
Your order may be cancelled within seven days of purchase, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us.
We appreciate that sometimes colours and other details of the items you've ordered might not be what you expected. Returns are accepted up to 28 days after you have received the goods, provided they are returned in as new condition. We will refund or exchange the items according to your preference and to availability of substitutes. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. You are advised to wrap returned goods securely and to use registered post, or a courier service, to return them to us. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods from us, they will be replaced or refunded on return of the goods in question. Postage costs incurred by you for returning damaged or faulty items will be refunded.
VAT
We are VAT registered, so our prices do include VAT at 15%, we include a VAT receipt with all parcels that are sent out. Our VAT registration number is: 187 5917 10.
Privacy and Data Protection
We do not disclose any information you give us to third parties. The only times we will contact you are when this is necessary for the completion of the shopping process, or if you have specifically opted in to our newsletter mailings, which are sent out via email.
Any data collected is done so in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 1998.
Cookies are only used on our site where they are necessary for the shopping process.
