Delivery times
We aim to ship your order within three working days of payment. If you have chosen to pay by cheque, your order will be shipped within three working days after we receive your cheque. We will send you an email to confirm placement of your order as soon as it has been received by us, and we will send you a further update to notify you when your parcel has been dispatched. During peak periods, our dispatch times may take a little longer. When this is the case we will notify you within three working days of placement of your order.
Packaging
We ensure that all our parcels are packaged safely and securely, however we also try to use recycled and/or biodegradeable packaging where-ever possible.
UK P&P rates
UK parcels travel via Royal Mail 1st class post, unless you request otherwise. P&P rates are as follows:

In most cases, the standard postal service is fast and cost-effective. If however, you are concerned for the safety of your parcel during transit, you may choose to have heavier deliveries sent via Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service, which will require a signature on receipt. There is a surcharge for this service, cost details and the option to choose this delivery method are displayed during the online ordering process.
International P&P rates
International parcels travel as Royal Mail Small Packets (Airmail), unless you request otherwise. P&P rates for all non UK destinations are as follows:

Cancellations and Returns
Your order may be cancelled within seven days of purchase, or within seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). Should you wish to cancel your order, please contact us.
We appreciate that sometimes colours and other details of the items you've ordered might not be what you expected. Returns are accepted up to 28 days after you have received the goods, provided they are returned in as new condition. We will refund or exchange the items according to your preference and to availability of substitutes. We cannot accept liability for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. You are advised to wrap returned goods securely and to use registered post, or a courier service, to return them to us. In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or faulty goods from us, they will be replaced or refunded on return of the goods in question. Postage costs incurred by you for returning damaged or faulty items will be refunded.
